List allergens to keep them out of generated meals. Block ingredients you never want and favor ones you love — the AI follows your rules on every generation.
Recipe behavior
Turn on Healthier Choices, Cheaper Choices, Fast Recipes Only, or Kid-Friendly Mode to match how you cook at home. Mix and match toggles to fit your household.
Applies everywhere
Preferences flow into single recipes and every meal in a week plan. An active-preferences badge on the prompt screen shows what is in effect before you tap Generate.
Premium subscribers can set preferences in Settings today.
